Promising portfolio companies may be considered for follow-on growth investment from the anticipated KOBOL III Fund and a network of investment partners.

OGTF supports the identification and development of non-dilutive capital funding for investment companies.  This support targets SBIR, STTR, OTA, BAA, and other opportunities. 

OGTF is a true pre-seed investor.  The fund is easy to engage and is willing to execute investments through SAFEs or other start-up friendly instruments.  The fund will typically require only observer rights with any investment.
